Arrival Information

Sender can check the approximate arrival time of his/her cargo from our overseas agent.
Consignee can check the arrival of his/her cargo from our head office or warehouse Contact Us
When the cargo arrives we will inform the consignee by

  1. Post
  2. Telegram
  3. Telephone

 Once the consignee receives the massage he/she should come to our warehouse

Our Working Days
 
- Our working days (Monday – Friday)   We are closed on government and public holidays
- Our working hours (8.00 am – 3.00 pm)One hour lunch break (1.00 pm – 2.00 pm)
 
Clearance Documentation
 
Consignees must bring the following documents with them
    1. Passport
    2. National ID card
    3. Original house air/ sea way bill
    4. Cash receipt

Consignee has to handover the above mentioned documents to our staff at the bonded warehouse and they will do necessary documentations and forward them to customs.

 
Custom Procedure
 
Consignees have to follow the Customs Procedures, Consignee must pay the custom duty to Sri Lanka customs For more details (www.customs.gov.lk)

 
Collecting the Goods
 
After the clearance consignees can collect their goods from the delivery point. (Note: - any complaint can be forwarded to us through the complaint sheet available at the delivery point).
 
Transportation
 
We also can arrange transportation facilities from warehouse to consignees’ doorstep.

      • Tree wheelers
